Frequently Asked Questions
What's the biggest tire I can fit without a lift?
It depends on the vehicle. Most trucks can fit 1-2 sizes up from stock without a lift. For example, many F-150s can fit 33s with a leveling kit. Wranglers can usually clear 33s on stock JL suspension. We'll measure your clearances and recommend the largest safe size for your setup.
All-terrain vs mud-terrain — which is better?
All-terrains (A/T) are the best all-around choice for trucks that see both highway and dirt. They're quieter, wear longer, and handle rain well. Mud-terrains (M/T) excel in deep mud, loose rock, and sand but are louder and wear faster on pavement. If you off-road occasionally, go A/T. If you're serious about trails, consider M/T.
How much does a wheel and tire package cost?
A basic set of 4 A/T tires starts around $600-$1,000 for the tires alone. Aftermarket wheels run $150-$400 each. A complete package with mount, balance, and TPMS runs $1,400-$3,000+ depending on size and brand. We offer financing through Koalify.
Do I need new wheels when I get a lift?
Not necessarily, but many owners upgrade wheels when they lift. Wider wheels and different offsets can improve the stance and allow for wider tires. We'll advise you on whether your current wheels work with your new setup or if an upgrade makes sense.
Do you offer alignment after a lift?
Yes. A proper alignment is critical after any lift or leveling kit install. We set your caster, camber, and toe to the correct specs for your new ride height. This protects your tire investment and ensures your truck tracks straight.
